I think that like all changes this one will take time to assimilate.
But from another point of vue, it can be a benefit to browse a forum where things aren't too segmented.
For example it can help someone to post things without the fear he will be alone on the board, as those feelings can happen when you see that your software of choice have 2 thread in a year...
Future will tell, but i think that after a necessary period of adaptation, it'll be good for PolyLoop.
