I simply used an image for the background with DreamWeaver. Safari brang up the image but the hypertext links/text are not placed in the same place in Safari as they are with IE. Have you ever had this happen?
Maybe it would be better to use the layers tool in DreamWeaver to insert text an images vs using a back groud image an just typing text/hypertext links with out a layers box. I thought that using an image as a back ground would be best. I think it might be wise for me to get a real cheap Mac if I want to do web desing for money.
