I thought you did really well.

Your accent was not an obstacle at all. I actually found it easier to follow you than some of the "british" accents I've heard on videos and DVD's to be really honest. :D
The only recommendations I'd make would be to plan out a little bit more ahead of time and make sure you've got the "keywords" written down so you don't have to pause as often. Also, as Tony said, maybe think about doing a bit shorter presentation, say an hour, instead of an hour and forty five minutes, as you did seem to get tired towards the end.

I agree on the DVD as well, considering you can plan a DVD ahead and edit the video/audio a bit, you "definitely" speak English well enough to do an English DVD.

Thanks for doing it. I definitely picked up a few things watching you go through the program and the tip on getting the materials onto the UV maps from Ryan in the end was very cool, and something I've been trying to figure out for a while now.

What software do you use for the capture and streaming? I'm considering doing some stuff for my students next year, as I teach one Physics course online currently, and will probably look to do some more online stuff next year. So any tips you can give on software and/or setting up the server would be greatly appreciated.
