I have not explored all parts of Carrara yet and I can not answer your question. There is a Carrara expert here that I know about, by the name of Mark Bremmer. His website has many free tutorials http://www.markbremmer.com/pages/TutMain.html . He also has video tutorials on VTC.com http://www.vtc.com/products/Carrara-5-tutorials.htm . You may want to direct your question to him for an answer or maybe Thomas can answer it.

Looks like you are much further ahead of me. Maybe I can learn something from you.
