I've used C5 Std a little bit and am very impressed with the program overall. In fact the first thing I modeled on my own I did in the vertex room.
I'm probably one of the few people doing this stuff that feels more comfortable modeling in Carrara than Hexagon.
I've been watching the sneak peeks of C6 and see an awful lot of things there to look forward to. Have been sharing some of the sample images and all with my wife so she won't resist so much when I spend the money to upgrade to C6 Pro.
