I'm glad I didn't pay more for Hex than 32 bucks. I was a Daz believer at one point as well.

Loss leading can be a good way to boost other products in your range, but there has to be a limit to how long Daz will tolerate losing money on it's 3d software - especially if it doesn't manifestly increase their content sales.

It's been interesting to see the content guys buying and developing these products (and they've certainly saved some of them), but personally I have doubts about Daz and e-frontier and the handling of their 3d software.

Shade is an awesome program, but doesn't seem to have any priority. I'm always getting e-mails from them trying to flog skirts and poser, but never any Shade news (or books, training videos, expert tips etc. etc.). It's a shame.
I could not agree more. It has been very interesting.
