Isn't it also missing physics and cloth? It's been a while since I looked at it but I also remember it didn't come with gator or motor either. These are the cool things I was thinking about.
XSI has a good rep for character animation, so I can definitely see foundation's appeal. One day when I get some more time I'll have to check it out.
