It
is discussed "ad-nauseum" at Daz... which is why it may get some legitimate answers here where the real 3D modelers/artists hang out - "real" referring to those who choose to make their own content for the most part rather than assembling premade models... in some ways that can be thought of as someone who pasted a bunch of clip-art together and says it is art... maybe it is, but a different sort than what is seen here. (Oops... I already feel the heat of the flames coming for that
)
No biggie... just struck me as sort of odd... I don't really think there is an answer to what is happening with those programs, so all that can be had is guesswork and gossip. I suppose that creates an environment ripe for bickering and flaming.... too bad because they are both unique applications.
