Thanks for the reply, after I posted I had a sort of "Doh!" moment when I thought that might be why you hadn't used breaks. I see what you mean regarding geting more control, but I was just a bit concerned about a possible escalating polygon count if I use this technique a lot. I think I'll use both - breaks for hard corners and the edges for softer, more controlled corners.

Camelo, I don't know if you are using XP+IE like me, but I had the same problem when trying to download through my browser - I used an FTP prog instead (ACEftp in my case) and pasted the URL into it (just used copy shortcut) and that downloaded it fine.
