I use poser (at times) kind of like some artists used to use those little wood manikens to draw from. Poser is ok to set up scenes, get perspective and different angles and such. Then I draw my own people... kind of like in this illustration that called for quick stylized sketchy art of dad and son discussing a letter. The pen was made in Carrara.
